The sun was shining for our Year 6 end-of-year treat yesterday! Miss Harris and I took the Year 6 children into Stratford-upon-Avon, where we were met by their Class Teachers - Mrs Kemp and Mrs Beacham. We all had a pleasant stroll by the river before making a trip to Hoorays for some delicious ice-cream treats. The children were then taken to explore Waterstones, where thanks to the generosity of Loxley Parochial Church Council, they were each able to select a book of their choice as a leaving gift. These books will be presented to the children in our end-of-year service in church and we hope they are kept as treasured memory of their time at Loxley.
