Welcome to Sycamore Class

Sycamore Class (our oldest children) are a mixed-aged class of Year 5 and Year 6. The children have opportunities to develop their leadership skills across the school and always impress us with their growing maturity over their time in Sycamore Class.  Their classroom, which is the oldest in the school, has easy access to the hall, which they often use as an extra learning space.

The class benefits from two very experienced and talented teachers, who split the week between them. Mrs Ballantine teaches the class Monday - Thursday and Mr Dale teaches on a Friday.

Sycamore are very lucky to also have the support of experienced teaching assistants, Mrs Martin, Mrs Wight & Mrs Chandler, to help them with their learning.
